ALL items are shipped PRE-PAID in Advance FULLY Insured. Tracking numbers will be sent to you if you request them while your item (s) are in transit.

How can I get parts shipped immediately?

If you are in a hurry please send a certified Bank Check , Money order or bank wire. We ship the same day we receive your payment. Large parts will be delivered to the Shipper/Crating company or as soon as they can pick up the parts;  usually in a day or two.

Will you accept a Check for parts ?  

Yes. We accept personal checks or business checks  , although any and all items will NOT be shipped until your payment clears at our bank.

Can I pay with a Credit Card ? VISA and ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS,  Sorry, unfortunately due to past fraud and $$ lost, we no longer  ACCEPT Credit Cards We Do accept Credit Card Checks . You can contact your Merchant/Credit Card Company for a Free Page or 3 or More credit card checks and mail them in for payment.

Can I pay COD?  Sorry will No longer take orders to be paid via COD. This has become necessary due to changes at UPS no longer accepting CASH on delivery. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: please understand that returned equipment not originally manufactured in the US will be subject to valuation and custom charges, plus broker's fees Check customs before shipping anything back to Viper Car Parts , including new equipment for warranty repair.  Viper Car Parts  will not accept any shipments from outside the USA unless all fees are paid in advance.

SHIPPING: Shipping costs are just like airfare , costs vary with every company. All shipping arrangements made by our company are done as a COURTESY not as a service. We are NOT a shipping company and have NO control over shipping delays , schedules, packaging or damage incurred to your parts once they leave our facility. Here is a list of shippers that you can compare prices with and make your own arrangements.

PRICING: Viper Car Parts will pass on decreases in pricing to our customers whenever possible. Sometimes there are increases, so please confirm pricing when ordering. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a shipment and discover damage to it, NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT return merchandise to us until notified to do so by the carrier. Retain all packaging materials including Styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier-without this, your claim may be denied. With shipments properly packaged (as all our shipments are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Defective items should be returned to  Viper Car Parts  or the Manufacturer for Warranty Repair or replacement, at the option of  Viper Car Parts .

RETURNS: In order to maintain lowest possible prices, and due to the fact that returned items cannot be sold as New Equipment,  Viper Car Parts  is unable to offer Free Trial or Evaluation of parts. Once in your possession, if any part is altered  in any manner , no return or credit shall be allowed. If a  claim is permitted, an AUTHORIZED return of merchandise for credit will be subject to a 30% restocking FEE , and " all " shipping related costs shall be prepaid by the buyer. Item(s) must be returned by the following guidelines:

A) If part(s) were crated they must be returned in a crate which meets the "fully insured" guidelines of the shipping company , with NEW packing material , and the insured value will be set at the original purchase price from VCP Corporation  or no credit will be accepted. 

B) If part(s) were "boxed"  they must be returned in a "NEW" box  which meets or exceeds the "Fully insured" guidelines of the shipping company with new packing material , and the insured value will be set at the original purchase price from VCP Corporation or no credit will be accepted.

Parts must be in the same condition and received  WITHIN 10 DAYS, prepaid, with a copy of your purchase invoice or email verification and a note describing the reason for return. All parts are photo documented prior to leaving our faculty. NO returns on ANY mechanical components, or electrical items no exceptions.
